Employee Expectations
We conduct surprise visits to ensure all caregivers are maintaining our high standards. Those who perform exceptionally well will be eligible for bonuses or other incentives. However, if there are any issues with performance, caregivers will be given up to three warnings, with termination after the third warning if necessary.
